General Terms & Conditions

    For returns or exchanges, garments must be unworn with tags attached along with proof of purchase. Personalised items cannot be returned.

    Stock items ship within 3 working days; if items require customisation, please allow 7-10 days.

    Note: During peak times (e.g., July, August, Bank Holidays, and Christmas), fulfillment may vary.

    Last order day for Christmas 2023 delivery is 15th December for stock items only.


    Orders placed online

    When placing online orders, please be aware that availability may vary. If you haven't received your order or an update within 7 working days, kindly reach out to us via email or phone.

    Confirmation will be sent once your order is ready for collection. For delivery orders, an expected delivery date will be provided.

    In the event that an item is out of stock and requires ordering and badging, this process may take up to 10 working days.

    If your order is intended as a gift, please specify the desired date, and we will make every effort to accommodate.

    Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will promptly communicate any issues that may arise.

    Customised kit

    When placing your order, it is the responsibility of the customer to verify the accuracy of the following details:

    • Product
    • Sizing
    • Colour

    For logo digitisation, a one-off set-up charge applies. We'll provide a sample for your approval regarding size and colour before finalising placement on any product.

    Ensure that all personalisation details are correctly spelt, as corrections cannot be made once the order is confirmed. Any alterations requested after placing an order become the customer's responsibility, and associated costs will be incurred if the order is already in progress or completed.

    Please note that cancellation of an order in progress or completed still requires payment of the remaining balance. Your attention to these details ensures a smooth and accurate fulfillment of your order.
